1,502-page Senate Finance health bill, S 1796

The Senate Finance Committee’s health bill, S 1796, is on the Internet, all 1,502 pages of it. And it’s being rewritten by Democrats behind closed doors because they don’t trust us to support it if we know what a mess it will be. And it will be a Christmas tree of earmarks, regulations and costly regulations for insurers, providers, medical device and drug makers, small businesses, big employers and, of course working stiffs.
