Colorado State Sen. Minority Leader Mike Kopp explains how GOP will win majority

Mike Kopp, the minority leader of Colorado's state senate, told an enthusiastic Tom Tancredo rally Monday how Republicans will take control of the senate and work with Tancredo, the American Constitution Party candidate. Republicans are expected to win 18 to 19 seats with 18 required to control the state senate.
