Cory Gardner impressive at Longmont ‘debate’; Betsy Markey fails to show

Cory Gardner continues to impress me as the most articulate Republican candidate in Colorado this year, and his presentation at the Northern Colorado Debate in Longmont last night only enhanced that impression. Unfortunately, one-term incumbent Obama Democrat Betsy Markey failed to showup for the debate, as did U.S. Rep. Jared Polis (D-CD 4). They were busy yesterday in Washington doing nothing about taxes or the Federal budget and reportedly were flying home last night. I got some great videos of Gardner and conservative gubernatorial candidate Tom Tancredo last night, but the lighting was so bright that the videos aren't worth posting.
