Gardner previously appointed his Campaign Manager Chris Hansen as and is now adding a District Director, Legislative Director and Communications Director.
District Director Mike Bennett (not to be confused with U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet), is gearing up for a strong start to 2011 by naming his top aides and preparing for the grand opening of his five congressional offices.
- Bennett brings a wealth of political and private sector experience to the position of District Director. He first served as District Director for then and subsequently Chief of Staff for Allard’s Senate office. then appointed Bennett as the Colorado State Director of . Bennett has also worked in the private sector for the banking industry as a bank director, bank president and loan officer. Bennett lives in Fort Collins, is a Yuma native and a graduate of .
Legislative Director Natalie Farr
- For the last two years, Farr worked at the under , of Georgia. The RSC is a group of over 115 , and it is anticipated to grow upon the swearing in of the new freshman class. Prior to her years at the RSC, Farr was a political appointee at the in its Congressional Affairs branch. Farr also worked for Rep. John Shadegg, of Arizona, and the Senate Republican Policy Committee.
Communications Director Rachel Boxer
- Boxer was the Communications Director for Gardner’s Congressional campaign and will fill the same role in his official office. She previously worked for Jane Norton’s U.S. Senate campaign and as the Press Secretary for the . Boxer graduated from the with a journalism degree.
