Court refuses to let Dan Maes Republicans force Tom Tancredo off ballot
President Obama got where he his by using the courts and political pressure to get tough opponents off the ballot. Then he lucked out when he faced the unpopular John McCain in the 2008 election. A Denver district judge ruled that Tancredo can remain on the ballot. The Denver Post says Maes is unfit to be governor.
