Federal Judge upholds ObamaCare mandates

A Federal District judge appointed by former President Bill Clinton has upheld the provisions in ObamaCare that mandate that all American residents buy health insurance plans from private companies. A Florida court has yet to rule on a similar case. The issue appears headed for the U.S. Supreme Court. Federal judge upholds health care law, by Josh Gerstein.
