John Boehner grandstanding on Congressional pay cuts; give them raises
The Republican Speaker-elect, John Boehner (R-OH) is grandstanding with proposals to cut Congressional salaries. Voters want substance, not symbolic nonsense. Republicans claim to believe in financial incentives. Give members of Congress raises. Higher pay will attract stronger candidates in both parties.
