John Suthers attacks Stan Garnett’s ‘despicable’ serial murder ad; explains suit against ObamaCare
Republican Attorney General John Suthers, who has been endorsed for a second term by the Denver Post and Grand Junction Daily Sentinel, charged that an ad that his opponent, Boulder County DA Stan Garnett, is expected to run against him is despicable. The ad tries to blame Suthers for releasing a man who committed four murders after he was released a month early at the request of the FBI. The convict was in jail for check fraud, not for violent crimes. Many of the murders happened after he would have been routinely released. Garnett knows his declarations of opposition to the Arizona illegal immigration law and his refusal to sue to stop the mandates in ObamaCare are not popular. Since Garnett can't run on his liberal, pro-Obama beliefs, he's trying to demonize Suther. It won't work. At the beginning of the video, Suthers explains to Wednesday's breakfast meeting of the Arapahoe County Republican Mens (and womens) Club why he has joined a suit filed by several states to stop the mandates in ObamaCare. Garnett's misleading and "despicable" ad is on the right.
