Ken Buck would repeal ObamaCare, promote HSAs, push for tort reforms
Ken Buck, the Colorado Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, last week used a debate sponsored by the Pueblo Chieftain to promise that he would vote to repeal ObamaCare. He would reform the health insurance markets by promoting health savings accounts, making health insurance premiums deductible for individuals as well as for employers, allow consumers to purchase health insurance across state lines and reform medical malpractice laws.
