New York’s ‘public benefit’ hospitals deep in debt

New York is one of the worst states in terms of how it under funds and over regulates its hospitals, many of which are deep in debt and struggling. That the state’s hospitals are in such bad shape in one of the most over-taxed states in the country makes New York, like California, a prime of example of how not to govern and provide health care services.
