ObamaCare (HR 3590) individual mandates are unconstitutional

George Will explains why ObamaCare (HR 3590) mandates that individual buy health insurance are unconstitutional. Conservative lawyers I’ve talked to seem to think a constitutional challenge would be certain if ObamaCare passed with the mandates and that there would be a 50% chance or better that such a challenge would succeed in the U.S. Supreme Court.
