Tom Tancredo unlikely to be forced off ballot

Because the plaintiffs appear to have no standing to sue to force Tom Tancredo off the ballot, it looks like the harassment suit, as Tancredo has called it, will be dismissed, writes Ross Kaminsky. He questions whether the plaintiffs are making an “in kind” contribution to Dan Maes’ campaign by filing the suit for him.
