Club for Growth's members rank members of Congress in terms of how conservative their voting records are by voting them up or down. Some members, mostly conservatives, receive numerous votes while others, mostly liberals receive none. Whether the votes mean anything depends on whether you're a member of the club, a conservative or a liberal, I guess.
