Club for Growth's members rank members of Congress in terms of how conservative their voting records are by voting them up or down. Some members, mostly conservatives, receive numerous votes while others, mostly liberals receive none. Whether the votes mean anything depends on whether you're a member of the club, a conservative or a liberal, I guess.

Doug Lamborn (CO-R, CD-5) ranks second most conservative with an 99% approval rating from 116 voters.

Mike Coffman (CO-R, CD-6), in his first year, ranks 39th most conservative out of 435 members of the U.S. House of Representatives with an 87.5% approval rating from 18 voters.
